Pachamama is a unique property located on the north-east side of the idylic tropical island of Gili Air, off the coast of Lombok, Indonesia. Here you will find a magical healthy wholefoods café, a specialty gift shop, a luxurious 2 bedroom private pool villa and a restorative Spa.
At Pachamama we’re all about fresh, delicious & nourishing food. We love cooking for everyone. Our menu has been designed to cater for vegans, vegetarians as well as paleo/omnivores who enjoy fresh, clean food prepared with LOVE (we use separate utensils for the preparation of our meat dishes).
Our sauces, peanut butter, nut mylk, jamu & yoghurt are made in-house. Our kombucha is lovingly brewed in-house.
We source our fresh produce from local and organic farms where possible & use natural & organic dry goods. We cook using coconut oil and we use extra virgin olive & pure sesame oil to dress our salads. Our sweeties are raw, gluten free & use organic cold pressed coconut oil and organic cacao butter.
All meals are free from palm oil & MSG.
Our skilled spa therapists work with intuitive, flowing techniques designed to invite deep relaxation, emotional calm, and physical renewal.
